What it is
A certificate of origin (COO) is a document declaring in which country a commodity or good was manufactured. The document includes product details, destination information, and export country data — helping determine import eligibility and duty applicability for cross-border trade.

What to bring
- A completed and notarized affidavit (must be updated annually)
- One of: manufacturer’s invoice, commercial invoice, or shipping manifest for export showing manufacturing and purchase locations
- Your completed certificate of origin document
